Template #173 by Elegant Inspirations HERE

Mask (4th one) by Jus Graphix HERE

Rust Texture of choice

(I am using a Texture by GrungeTexture HERE)

Filters:

Gradient Glow (Optional)

Drop Shadow:

Whatever you prefer

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Background Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 6

Apply your mask

*Black Circle Rects Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 7

*White Stripes Layer...Change Blend Mode to Overlay

*Grey Circles Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 4

*White Circles Layer...MW and C&P into selection your Rust Texture

*White Dotted 4 Layer...Change Blend Mode to Soft Light

*Pink Circle Rect Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 1

Using your Light/Dark Tool Darken Paper 1

*Black Circle Rect Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 7

*Lt Pink Circle Rect Layer...MW and C&P into selection your Rust Texture

*White Dotted 3 Layer...Change Blend Mode to Soft Light

*Grey shape Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 4

*Pink Circle Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 1

Using your Light/Dark Tool Darken Paper 1

*Black Circle Layer...MW and C&P into selection Paper 7

*White Dotted 2 Layer...Change Blend Mode to Soft Light

*White Circle Layer...MW and C&P into selection your Rust Texture

*White Dotted 1 Layer...Change Blend Mode to Soft Light

**Add a small Grad Glow to all the shapes except the dotted lines

(Optional)

C&P Elements:

*Deco 1...C&P as a new layer...Erase any part that looks cut off

Place this element above the Black Circle Rects Layer

Duplicate/Flip/Mirror

*Deco 2...C&P as a new layer...RS if needed...

Image/Rotate/90% to the left

Place this element above the Black Circle Rect Layer to either side

Duplicate/Mirror

*Gear 2...C&P as a new layer...RS 85% 2xs...Place to the left of the tag

*Gear 1...C&P as a new layer...RS 85% 2xs...Place by the stack of gears

to the left of the tag...Give it a slight tilt to the left

*Mask...C&P as a new layer...RS 65% and again by 85%...Place to

the right of the tag

*Feather...C&P as a new layer...RS 85% 2xs...Place under the Mask

*Nail...C&P as a new layer...Image/Rotate/90% to the left...Place

to the left of the tag

*Eye...C&P as a new layer...Place to the left of the tag behind the Grey shape

*Leaf...C&P as a new layer...Place to the Right of the tag behind the Lt Pink Circle Rect

*Bullet...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75%...Image/Rotate/90% to the left

Place behind the feather and mask

*Chain...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75%...Place towards the top of the tag

Erase a portion of the chain...Select/Float/De-float

*Word Art...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75% 2xs...Give it a slight tilt to the left

above the chain...Erase just a small portion so it looks

like the chain is lifting the word art

Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
