Drop Shadow:
-2/0/55/3/black
(Use your own preferred if you want)
Canvas Size:
AV-150x150 Banner-600x250
C&P Elements:
*Paper3...select all on Raster 1 and C&P into selection
*Starry Circle
*Beads 3...RS 65%...Duplicate and Mirror...Merge down...Slide under Starry Circle
*Tube...Full Body tube...resize if needed...slide to the left of the tag...Opacity
56%...Duplicate and Mirror
*Close up...Move to the middle...Mirror...Opacity 62%
*Add the Close up again RS 55%...Place to the Right Side of the tag
Avatar:
*Close out all the background Tube Layers on the Banner Tag
*Copy Merged...Paste as new layer on a 150x150 canvas
*RS Layer 75%...Arrange layer to show the tube if desired
*Merge all Layers on both canvases...Apply Foto Frame with these settings

Add any word art you wish to use
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
