**Open template and Duplicate
Close original and delete Credit layer
**Close out all layers except the background layer
(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)
**Background Layer...MW...C&P into selection Paper 9
Apply your mask...Merge Group
*Pink Dotted Outlines...Flood Fill with a color
that is in your tube or kit. I am using #591850 (Dark Purple)
Add some noise
*Blue Rectangles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 11
*Lt Blue Rectangles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 17
*Lt Pink Rectangles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 3
*Blue Circles...MW and C&P into selection Paper 11
*White Dotted Circles...Add Some noise to this layer
*Pink Shapes...MW and C&P into selection Paper 14
*Lt Pink Circle2...MW and C&P into selection Paper 5
*White Dotted Circle...Add Some noise to this layer
*Lt Blue Circle...MW and C&P into selection Paper 13
*White Circle...MW and C&P into selection Paper 3

Slide to the left side of the tag
*Element 118 C&P as a new layer...RS 75% 2xs and place to the right of the tag
*Element 119 C&P as a new layer...RS 75% 2xs and place to the right of the tag
behind the cupcake
*Element 88 C&P as a new layer...RS 75% 2xs and place to the left of the tag
*Element 91 C&P as a new layer...RS 75% 2xs and place to the left of the tag
*Element 7 C&P as a new layer...RS 75% 2xs and place to the left of the tag
place in front of the flowers
Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
