Delete Raster 2,3, and 4
*Raster 1...MW/Select/Modify/Expand 2 all shapes except the middle rectangle
C&P into selection paper 5...Deselect
MW the middle rectangle Select/Modify/Expand 2...C&P into selection
Paper 6...Deselect
*Tube...Paste your tube...Mura's Meister- Copies
Wallpaper default settings...Adjust/Blur/Radial with these settings
Zoom/Strength 80%/H Offset 3%/V Offset 15%/Center 20%
*Merged layer...MW inside the long rectangle parts of the frames...
Modify/Expand 10...Click on the blurred tube layer...Invert/Delete
Blend Mode Luminance (L) Opacity 55%
MW into the middle rectangle frame...Select/Modify/Expand 10
Paste your Tube...position where you like...Invert/Delete
Duplicate tube...Original tube layer Blend mode Luminance (L)
Copy of tube layer Adjust/Blur/Gaussian 4...Blend mode Soft light
*Bead Spill...RS 25% and again 75%...Position behind Raster 1
*Flower Pic 1...RS 25% and again 75%...Position in the top right corner
*Doodle 1...RS 25% and again 65%...Position in the Bottom left corner
