NONE
Drop Shadow:
Whatever you prefer
Template:
**Open template and Duplicate
Close original and delete Credit layer
**Close out all layers except the background layer
(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)
*Background layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9
Apply the Mask of Choice and Merge Group
*Top & Bottom Circle layers...MW and C&P into selection paper 19
*Top & Bottom Square layers...MW and C&P into selection paper 22
*Top & Bottom Rectangle layers...MW and C&P into selection paper 10
*Top & Bottom Round Rectangle layers...MW and C&P into selection paper 17
*Circle layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 21
*Rounded Rectangle...MW and C&P into selection paper 25
**RS all shape layers by 85% to give room for elements
C&P Elements: 
Tube...C&P as a new layer...Place in the center
*Rainbow...C&P as a new layer...Duplicate
Slide one copy under a couple of elements
the other over the tube and erase parts of the 
Rainbow to expose the tube
*Splatter...C&P as a new layer...Place in the top left corner 
Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down
*Star...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%
Duplicate 2xs RS one copy by 65% and the 2nd by 55%
Arrange in the lower right corner
*Candy 2...C&P as a new layer...RS by 25%
Duplicate 2xs and arrange among the songs
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
