C&P Elements: 
*Mask Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 6
Apply Mask of Choice and Merge Group
*Element 4...C&P as a new layer...RS by 25%
Place in the middle of the canvas...MW inside the frame...
Add a new layer...C&P into selection paper ...
C&P your tube as a new layer...Invert/Delete...
Blend Mode: Hard Light Opacity: 66%
*Element 30...C&P as a new layer...RS by 25% and again by 55%
Add a new layer...C&P into selection paper 2...C&P your tube as a new layer
RS by 55% and arrange inside the frame
*Element 44...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% 2xs
Place along the bottom of the first frame
*Element 33...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% 3xs
Duplicate and Arrange to you liking among the frames
*Element 16...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% 2xs
Place above the Mask layer
*Element 32...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% 3-4xs
Place along the red frame to the right
Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
