Filters:
Eye Candy~ Gradiant Glow
Eye Candy~ Glass
Xero~ Radiance
Xero~ Porcelain
Drop Shadow:
Whatever you prefer
Canvas Size:
700x700
*Raster 1... MW and C&P into selection paper 6
Apply a mask of choice...Add a Slight noise to this layer
*Element 26...C&P as a new layer...RS if needed
Enhance the edges so it will have just a hint of shine
Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance
*Add your tube...Highlight the Star frame layer
Select/Float/De-float...go back to your tube layer and
delete anything that hangs below the frame...Deselect
and erase any other portion of the tube below the frame
*Element 60...C&P as a new layer...Add some glow to the word art
Highlight your tube layer...Select/Float/De-float and erase any word art
that is on top of the tube.
*Element 49...C&P as a new layer under the word art
RS...90% a couple of time til you have your desired size
Apply Eye candy~ Glass for a nice shine to the element
Duplicate and Mirror
*Element 51...C&P as a new layer...RS 55% and place towards the
bottom of your tube
*Element 12...C&P as a new layer under you tube layer
Slide to the top left corner...Duplicate/Mirror/Flip
Apply Xero~ Radiance Settings 205/71/110/230 to both
layers of Butterflies
*Element 58...C&P as a new layer under the bow...
RS 55%...Duplicate/flip and place staggered on top of the original
Apply the same Radiance settings to these branches
Apply Xero~ Porcelain Settings 97/128/128/64/0/49
*Element 35...C&P as a new layer above the mask layer
Duplicate and arrange to your liking
Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
